Stephen Demirjian is an accomplished executive coach, speaker, author, and leadership consultant. He coaches multi-national senior executives at Harvard Business School and has been bridging the gaps between success and failure rates at Fortune 100 companies for over 15 years. Stephen’s authentic approach to coaching and consulting has made him a sought after partner for his leadership clients. With over 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Stephen has worked in a variety of leadership, marketing and coaching roles. As a Senior Consultant in Workforce Performance at Verizon, he created and delivered learning and development programs to 500+ managers responsible for 42,000 employees. Prior to Verizon, Stephen was CEO and Founder of an award-winning trade show marketing & event company that he built from scratch with clients including Microsoft, Sharp and Liberty Mutual. His executive coaching and consulting clients include companies such as Google, Warner Brothers, AirBnB, Mars Wrigley, Verizon, Facebook, Salesforce, John Deere and Deloitte to name a few.
Stephen holds a Masters in Psychology from William James College and a BA in Communications from Loyola Marymount University. He believes in giving back and wrote and published a book chronicling his personal recovery from IBS & IBD to help readers improve their lives. He also enjoys sharing his knowledge, delivering seminars to motivate and develop new business leaders and community organizations throughout New England.
